Peggy Johnson

Peggy LeDoux Johnson died on Sunday, July 6, 2014, at the age of 66. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at 2 PM at First Baptist Church of Basile. Pastor Dwayne Smith will officiate. Burial will follow at Basile Baptist Cemetery.
Survivors include her mother, Bessie B. LeDoux of Basile; her husband, Robert Johnson of Basile; four daughters, Ashley Murphy and husband Michael of West Lake, Tammy Myers and husband Joshua of Basile, Renee' Doga and husband BJ of Basile, and Monique McGee and husband Shane of Basile; three brothers, Wayne LeDoux of Dallas, TX, Jerry LeDoux of Tulsa, OK, and Dennis LeDoux of Basile; two step-sons, Benjamin and Mitchell Johnson both of Lake Charles; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur LeDoux; one daughter, Hollie Austin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, from 11 AM to 10 PM at First Baptist Church of Basile. The Church will reopen at 8 AM Wednesday for visitation until time of service.
