Changes for local scrimmages

The recent floods and rains that followed has forced some changes to the high school scrimmages set for this week.
St. Edmund’s scrimmage with Elton was originally set for today at Blue Jay Field.
The scrimmage has been moved to 6 p.m. Friday in Elton.
The Eunice Bobcats were supposed to scrimmage Kaplan tonight but the Pirates couldn’t participate because of the flooding south of Eunice.
The Bobcats will now face ????
Church Point’s scrimmage with Welsh was cancelled.
As of press time, Basile’s scrimmage with DeQuincy is set for 5:30 p.m. today of field conditions allow.
Sacred Heart will entertain Bunkie at 6 p.m. Friday.
Mamou and Pine Pine Prairie will square off Thursday in Tioga.
Ville Platte was scheduled to scrimmage Lake Arthur but that may be cancelled.
