St. Landry Parish Parish projects continue

There were reports of developments in St. Landry Parish despite the slowdown in the oil and gas industry at a meeting of the St. Landry Parish Economic Industrial Development District Board.

$400M, 13M barrel oil storage, blending facility announced

A $400 million crude oil storage and blending facility was announced for St. Landry Parish Wednesday at the Delta Grand Theater in Opelousas. A $400 million crude oil storage and blending complex that will employ about 120 people at an average annual salary of $63,500 was announced.
