Chad James Smith and Jamie Lee Fruge announce the birth of their daughter, Hadlee Annette Smith, born at Acadian Medical Center on August 28 weighing 6 pounds and 1 ounce.
Maternal grandparents are Shelley and Steve Cortina of Eunice, and Foster and Peggy Fruge of Poteau, Okla.
Paternal grandfather is James Chris Smith of Eunice.
She was welcomed home by her parents, grandparents, Nanny Katie, Paran Derrick and many other family members.

Colton Miller
