Hobbies can serve many functions. Hobbies can turn into a possible career if one can ‘brain storm’ it into a business.
Hobbies can be fun and rewarding. Myself, personally, I choose outdoor hobbies. I guess because I love to be outdoors, especially if weather permits.
I do enjoy reading. However, with my job duties I read all day and five days a week. So, with this said, sometimes at home I choose another avenue to relax.
Have you ever gone to bed hungry? I have. However, I knew that this would be OK, because I had eaten a healthy dinner.

If you are like myself, a good night’s sleep is important and on the top of my priority list. Because without a good night’s rest, I don’t function as well the following day.

Resolutions for the new year can become whatever your heart desires or wish. However, making a healthy resolution can become beneficial to you and your extended family. I actually quit making resolutions because I tend to not stick to it year round.
