Paula D. Fontenot, 55, 100 block of Riverland Drive, Melville. DWI 2nd offense, careless operation of a vehicle, no driver’s license/cancelled, no insurance. Arrested by Melville Police.
Bianca Renee Pitre, 23, 100 block of Thibodeaux Street, Opelousas. Warrant, improper display, switched plate, driving under suspension, failure to register, unsafe vehicle. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Bobby Ray Norwood, 49, 10400 block of Lawler Hwy., Lawtell. Violation of protective order.
Mark Anthony Brooks, 43, 400 block of Carrington Place, Opelousas,. Domestic abuse battery strangulation.
Seth Anthony Savoy, 20, 200 block of Beau Basin, Carencro. Speeding 70 in 55mph zone, reckless operation, aggravated flight, possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Thomas P. McGlothlin, 35, 8100 block of Hwy. 182, Opelousas. DWI 1st offense, improper lane usage, stop sign violation, possession with intent to distribute schedule I CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Ella Joubert, 35, 600 block of Larcade Street, Opelousas. Operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless operation of a vehicle, flight from an officer; aggravated flight from an officer, stop signs and yield signs, criminal sanctions for operating motor vehicle not covered by security, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, vehicles entering highway from private road driveway, alley or building, deposit of license in lieu of security upon arrest; receipt. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
