Joshua Veillon, 48, 1300 Holly Street, Pine Prairie. Theft of goods.
Eunice police suspect a man wounded twice in a barbershop was intended to be killed Tuesday.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said Rogers Allison 2nd, 39, was found in a pool of blood on the floor of Studio 412, 412 North Martin Luther King, at about 6:30 p.m.
