Cynthia Fink is Homecoming queen at Eunice High. The junior is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Roland Fink. Her maids are Sue Lowe, Cheryl Moody, Betty Faye Byars, Jennifer Penn, Catherine Sittig and Linda Hundley.
An April trial has been scheduled for a Palmetto man accused of five counts of vehicular homicide in a March 2011 crash that killed a former Eunice woman, her three children and another woman.
The FBI and Louisiana State Police are reviewing different issues raised by a Eunice Police Dept. arrest video that has made its way to social websites and computer desktops, smartphones and tablets around the world.

Irice Ann Darbonne Lavergne passed away on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the age of 73.
Burial will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.
