Cool 2 Be Kind at Highland Elementary

Tylon Cooper, a fourth-grader at Highland Elementary, was recognized as September’s “Cool 2 Be Kind” Student of the Month. Cooper received the honors as he exhibits and exemplifies great leadership, character and kindness with other fellow classmates.
