Highland Elementary's Semien wins titles

Journey Blaire Semien was named third runner-up during an “Angels of Hope” pageant to benefit the Lymphoma Foundation. The pageant was held on April 25 in Jennings. Semien also won two People’s Choice Awards, Most Photogenic, and Best Smile. She is an honor roll kindergarten student at Highland Elementary. Her teacher is Rhonda Fuselier and the daughter of Asia Semien. (Photo Submitted)
