St. Mathilda Catholic Church at 800 E. Laurel Avenue was presented the marker of Business Yard of the Month by volunteer Eunice Bulb & Blossom Garden Club member Lynn Venable. The church features flowering beds, north, south, and west of the church.
Highland Elementary’s students and staff are currently selling fund-raiser raffle tickets for $1 a piece. A Fall Wreath will be awarded during a drawing on Friday, Sept. 26. Tickets can also be purchased at the school. The wreath was designed and created by Alison H.
