Cameron Fontenot
This week’s Student of the Week is Cameron Fontenot, a senior at Eunice High School. His parents are Anne Sattler and Steve Fontenot.
The Coushatta Indian Tribe fire and rescue personnel gave a first aid and CPR refresher course to the faculty at St. Francis School before school began. Basic first aid was shown for victims of choking, bleeding, broken bones, poisoning, insect and snake bites.
The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at the Liberty Center at 6 p.m. will have a performance by Ryan Brunet & Les Ferailles.
Doors open at 5 p.m. Admission is $5.
