East Pre-k students dye Easter Eggs
East Elementary Pre-k students in Aimie Fontenot and Sophia Cole’s class enjoyed “pocking” eggs and dyeing Easter eggs this past week.

"And they are off...” to participate in a traditional Easter Egg hunt. These first-graders at Eunice Elementary are about to race off to find hidden colorful plastic Easter eggs hidden on campus by their fellow fourth-graders.

Highland Elementary library stocked with more AR books
Highland Elementary students received two large wrapped KATC TV-3 boxes Monday morning. As fourth-graders tore open the boxes they discovered that their librarian/computer faciliator Viola Bellard and April Vidrine, second grade teacher, applied for Tools for Schools from KATC website.
EHS Girls State Delegate Kathryn Arnaud receives a check
The Eunice High Alumni Association, along with American Legion Auxiliary Ladies chairperson Girls State sponsor Irene Reed, were on hand at Eunice High School to give Kathryn Arnaud, a junior, a check for her registration fees to attend annual Girls State this summer.
