ECTEC students design a Cajun Microwave and Crawfish peeling table
Carpentry and cooking are two words that don’t often go together, that is until the ECTEC (Eunice Career Technical Education Center) Carpentry students created two items raffled off at the recent Eunice Crawfish Etouffee Cookoff.
Crawfish are an excellent source of high-quality protein and are low in calories, fat and saturated fat.
They also are a good source of vitamin B12, niacin, iron, copper and selenium. Better yet, crawfish are easy to prepare, and they taste great!
