Eunice Elementary held a raffle this month during their BookFair held recently. Parents and students purchased raffle tickets for chances to win a basket filled with different selected items, including pencils, crayons, books and other school items. Winners were named on Feb.

The following Eunice High School students competed in and placed at the District Literary Rally held at LSUE on Saturday, Feb. 22:
Kylie Miller- Advanced Math: Functions and Stats- 3rd place;
Angel Lewis- Advanced Math: Pre-Calculus- 3rd place;

Woodmen of the World #243 made donation and invited the Louisiana Bobcat Refuge to speak about wildlife conservation and their recent appearance on Nat Geo Wild.

GONZALES – Hundreds of young people from across Louisiana were named state champions during the 79th Annual LSU AgCenter Livestock Show held Feb.8-15 at the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales.
