Details of the arson charge have not yet been released by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
Whether they are in any way related to Le’s alleged role as a gambling debt enforcer are not known.
According to records, Li allegedly worked in consort with another suspect on April 10, 2013. The other party alleged kidnapped a man from his Eunice home.
While the man was away with the kidnapper, his children were locked inside a room and his wife was tied up and sexually assaulted by man Li, armed with a gun.
After the husband and wife contacted police, Li allegedly returned and threatened them.
