Community Foundation of Acadiana collection donation victims

Community Foundation of Acadiana is accepting contributions to its Acadiana Disaster Response Fund to help those affected by August’s historic rains and devastating floods. Please make a donation at www.cfacadiana.org/flood.
CFA will work closely with federal, state and local agencies as well as nonprofit organizations and churches to benefit those affected. Donations are tax-deductible and, thanks to CFA Members/Ambassadors, 100 percent of your contribution, less standard credit card fees, will benefit our neighbors.
Donations from individuals, corporations and others may be made online at www.cfacadiana.org/flood via a unique portal sponsored by Acadian Companies. Checks may also be made payable and mailed to Community Foundation of Acadiana (Memo: Acadiana Disaster Response Fund), 1035 Camellia Blvd., Suite 100, Lafayette, LA, 70508.
Community Foundation of Acadiana greatly welcomes and appreciates any efforts to help inform the community about the Acadiana Disaster Response Fund.  Our unique portal makes this easy to do. Anyone wishing to enable donations to the Acadiana Disaster Response Fund directly from their own website or blog may do so by clicking the “EMBED THIS” button at the bottom of the online form. This will reveal a code that can be copied and pasted onto a website or blog in order to install a donation widget to receive donations on your site.
“These floods are tragically affecting our families, friends and neighbors all across southern Louisiana,” said Community Foundation of Acadiana President & CEO Raymond J. Hébert.  “However, Acadiana is a generous and supportive community. It is our hope this fund will help us rebuild.”
