The Eunice News recently introduced a new mobile application to deliver news and information to its subscribers and those interested in receiving news alerts from the Tri-Parish area.

The Eunice News recently introduced a new mobile application to deliver news and information to its subscribers and those interested in receiving news alerts from the Tri-Parish area.
The app, The Eunice News RSS, is available from both the Apple App Store and Google Play directly on your mobile device.
Tom Coleman, director of Digital Media for LSN Publishing, Inc., stated that the new app will deliver 90 percent of what is available on the website, eunicetoday.com, and include easy navigation familiar to mobile users.
The app is free to download, and all users will be able to read headlines with images. But all-access and digital subscribers will be able to read the full story and receive high-resolution images.
From the app menu a reader can log in, select a specific section to read and browse of list of “favorited” stories selected by the reader.
Readers are also able to share stories with others via email or social media.
Coleman stated that the apps are only available for Apple and Android products currently, but other operating systems will be considered if there is sufficient demand.
Current subscribers are urged to activate their digital subscription by going to EuniceToday.com/activate. For full access to The Eunice News, EuniceToday.com and the new mobile app anyone may subscribe at EuniceToday.com/subscribe.
