Funeral homes recognized by state association

Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Eunice is among 11 funeral homes earning a 2015 Certificate of Excellence Award from the Louisiana Funeral Directors Association.
The Award is presented annually to firms that have demonstrated a commitment to raising the bar on funeral service excellence by providing outstanding service to families and communities, a news release fro the association stated.
To earn a LFDA Certificate of Excellence Award, a funeral home must verify attendance at two or more conventions, conferences, seminars or meetings; participate in at least two educational programs; and host at least two community outreach programs.
Award recipients were honored by the association on June 16 at the Installation Banquet during the 2015 LFDA & Mississippi Funeral Directors Association Joint Convention held in New Orleans.
