Re-freezing possible on roads, bridges, caution urged

Temperatures are expected to dip into the upper 20s tonight, following an afternoon of freezing rain and an evening of patchy freezing drizzle.
The National Weather Service advised at mid-afternoon Tuesday that wet spots on roads, bridges and overpasses could refreeze late tonight into early Wednesday, creating area-wide hazardous driving conditions.
By mid-morning Wednesday, temperatures should be above freezing, rising into the 40s by afternoon.
