Two poles killed in weekend accidents

A rash of traffic accidents over the weekend included two instances of careless and reckless utility poles.
Police records four traffic accidents occurred on a clear Friday afternoon, with no serious injuries involved.
On Saturday morning, a motorist on West Bacciochi took out a Cleco pole. The driver was not injured.
There were four more traffic accidents on Saturday, and another on Sunday afternoon.
Sunday evening, a pole got in the way of a driver at the corner of Rodney & Laurel. The pole was fatally injured.
