After facing a daunting list of 14 proposals in 2014, voters this year should feel some relief in having only four proposed constitutional amendments on the ballot.
The following are on the ballot in Saturday’s election. Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
Governor
Fans can register to win a Ragin’ Cajuns-themed golf cart trimmed in red and white, and sporting the University’s fleur-de-lis logo on its front.

The Liberty Theater dance floor is currently nameless, but that will all change Saturday night when Jesse Lege performs.
Don’t expect a quick turnaround in the oil and gas industry, which has been battered by a drop in prices, Bill Rodier, St. Landry Economic Development executive director said.
