The Joseph Celestine/Rosenwald schoolmates will have its ninth school reunion July 24, 25, 26 at the Celestine Community Center in Mamou.
The reunion is not only for those who graduated from Joseph Celestine High School. If you attended Joseph Celestine or Rosenwald you are invited.
Eunice Elementary will hold Pre-K students registration for the 2015-2016 school year Monday and Tuesday.
The Eunice Players Theater will hold auditions for a summer musical, “Ted Swindley’s Honky Tonk Angels,” on at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Parts needed include: three female singers/actress from the ages of 25-40 years old. Music is well known country and gospel songs.

Eunice police patrolwoman Talya Fruge, who was fired a year ago, was reinstated during a Eunice Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board hearing Thursday.
“Just happy with the decision,” Fruge said after the hearing.
