CROWLEY - Funeral services were held Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home for Narsidas Dayaran Katira, 85, who died Friday, October 17, 2008 at 11:45 a.m. at American Legion Hospital in Crowley.
The family requests visiting hours Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to service time.
Survivors include his wife, Parvati C. Katira of Crowley; three daughters, Meena Mankame of India, Hemalata Ohacker of Crowley and Nirupa Katira of Crowley; one son, Mulraj N. Katira, M. D. of Crowley; one sister, Shanta Majethia; five grandchildren.
