Man accused of murdering mother, throwing body in river

Anthony Deville, 38, of Deville in Rapides Parish has been charged with the first-degree murder of his mother.
Paula Kimberlin, 61, who shared a residence with her son, was found dead in Little River near Lonnie’s Landing in east Grant Parish on Oct. 1.
Deville, was jailed a week later Oct. 6 in Cooke County, Texas and charged with theft of a motor vehicle, then with his mother’s murder.
The location where the body was found is only a few miles north of the Deville residence.
Texas Rangers picked up Deville, who was driving the victim’s car, authorities said.
