Second card cloning suspect charged

A second debit card cloning suspect working at the same fast-food outlet as the first has been charged with theft.
Police said Thursday that Damian Collins allegedly made purchases totaling more than $400 with a card he cloned.
Earlier this week, Rasheedah Taylor was charged with two counts of identity theft and two of attempted theft.
On Thursday, those charges were expanded to include two counts of access device fraud and attempted access device fraud, two count.
Police said Collins used a cloned card which was loaded with the victim’s information but signed his name, Damian Collins, on the invoice at checkout time.
Both suspects were employees at Wendy's when the alleged crimes occurred.
Cloning involves the use of a device which copies information from a customer’s credit card in a short amount of time while the card is in the crook’s hand and the customer not paying much attention or can involve the use of a device attached to a legitimate debit/credit card machine.
Bond was set on Taylor at $19,000 and on Collins at $15,000.
