Man grabs alleged sexual assailant's gun, shoots him dead

Police say a man was killed with his own gun after allegedly assaulting a woman Thursday night.
The shooter, whose name has not been released, disarmed the 26-year-old attacker, also not identified, and shot him with the gun.
The dead man allegedly accosted the other man and the woman while they walked on North Rampart Street. He waved a gun at them and ordered them to a secluded spot where he allegedly began assaulting the woman.
Her companion jumped into action, got a hold of the gun and shot the other man dead.
Investigation continues.
