Clausen takes Ingram Center post

Former University of Louisiana System President Sally Clausen has been named executive director of the Ingram Center for Public Trusteeship and Governance for the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
She will travel across the country to assist governing and foundation boards in strengthening their relationships with state officials and campus leaders.
The Association of Governing Boards is the only organization focused on board members and trustees of public and private institutions of higher education.
Clausen, who retired from the UL post in 2010, will work in Washington, D.C., at least one day a week, able to do some work from her home in Baton Rouge and will on the road to other states.
