Anthony Johnson died on Monday March 24, 2014 at the age of 49.
A Memorial Service is pending.
Survivors include his father, Charles Johnson and his wife Pam of Eunice; two sisters, Connie Boyd and Penny Beasley, both of Lafayette; one brother, James Brent Johnson of Eunice; three step-sisters, Lisa Fontenot of Lafayette, Ellie Corman of Ville Platte, and Beth Brown of Eunice.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna LeJeune Peck.
Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
