Lorina Guillory

Lorina M. Guillory died on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at her home. She was 92.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00 am on Friday, March 28, 2014 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Sensat Celebrant.
Survivors include her three daughters, Vergie Mae Lanclos and husband, Murphy of Opelousas, Judy A. Eastin and husband, Michael of Eunice and Katherine Marie Landry of Lafayette; a brother, Dudley Manuel of Eunice; five sisters, Esther Pitre of Opelousas, Gertie Dejean of Maine, Berlina Domingue of Georgia, Leldia White of New Orleans, and Mary Jane Briscoe of Opelousas; 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and 35 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Euzebe Guillory; parents, Eulice and Marie Johnson Manuel; brothers, Murphy and Hately Manuel; and a sister, Tessie Andrepont.
Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Thursday, March 27th from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm and again on Friday, March 28th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm Thursday evening.
