Jacob Rogers

Visitation for Jacob Rogers will be on Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with funeral services following at 1:00 pm both at Eunice Cornerstone Baptist Church, Acadia Street, Eunice, LA with Reverend Horace Pickney officiating.
Interment will follow in the New Zion #2 Cemetery in Eunice.
Rogers died at 3:41 pm on April 1, 2014 at his residence in Eunice.
He was a member at Cornerstone Baptist Church. He attended Charles Drew High School.
Survivors include: four brothers: L.C. Rogers of Eunice, Louis Rogers of Tyler, Texas, Joseph Rogers of Winnie, Texas, and Robert Rogers of Houston, Texas; two sisters: Estelle Rogers-Fobbes and Betty Ann Rogers-Peters, both of Lake Charles.
He was preceded in death by seven brothers: Abraham Rogers, Andrew Rogers, Leroy Rogers, Harrison Rogers, Will Rogers, L.J. Rogers and Leonard Rogers.
Pallbearers will be: Anthony Rogers, Charles Rogers, Dwayne Rogers, Louis Rogers, Jr., Harrison Rogers, Jr., and Marcus Moore.
Frank Brothers is in charge of arrangements.
