St. Edmund High welcomes its newest teachers

Principal Sister Joel Miller and staff at St. Edmund Catholic High School welcome its newest teachers.
Aerial Storer is the new mathematics and science teacher at St. Edmund Junior High. She is a graduate of Oberlin High and McNeese State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
Storer arrives from Allen Parish schools where she taught third-grade mathematics, science and social studies. She resides in Kinder with her husband Seth, and daughter Everlee.
Courtney Ruppert Smith, a 2001 graduate of St. Edmund High, is the new softball and cross country coach. She is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology from UL of Lafayette.
Dale Wayne Creamer is the newest assistant football and head basketball coach.
Creamer will also teach Physical Education and World History.
Creamer attended Arkansas Monticello College where he was an offensive lineman and deep snapper. In 1984 he transferred to LA Tech and played tight end.
He brings 18 years experience to St. Edmund, having taught and coached at Quitman, Merryville, Leesville, Ruston High, Cope Middle School, Evangel Christian where they were ranked as 3-A State Champs and ranked #3 in the nation.
Creamer also volunteered at Bossier Community College and at Centenary College in charge of Scouting. He spent the last two years at Calvary Baptist in Shreveport as academic coach and assisted with the offensive line. During his stay there, the school claimed the 2-A State Championship.
Creamer graduated from LA Tech with a BA Degree in business and plans to graduate from the University of Arkansas Monticello with a MA degree in English Education.
