Pre-K signup set at Eunice Elementary

Eunice Elementary will hold Pre-K students registration for the 2015-2016 school year Monday and Tuesday.
A child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2011, and you must have a copy of the following items in order to sign-up your child for Pre-K: birth certificate, social security card, proof of residency (current utility bill), immunization card, and head of household’s social security number.
Register from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
