St. Martin Bank & Trust plans grand opening Thursday

St. Martin Bank & Trust Co. will celebrate its grand opening with a block party from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
The ribbon cutting for the event will be at 6 p.m. There will be food and drinks and entertainment by Patryce and Flashback.

St. Martin Bank & Trust Company began Dec. 2, 1933, in St. Martinville.
The bank has 12 banking locations across St. Martin, Lafayette, Acadia and Jefferson Davis arishes.
This spring, St. Martin Bank & Trust Company hired artist Ronnie Collins to restore the weathered mural on the bank’s north wall originally painted by Tony Wimberly.
