John Allen "Nookie" Savoy

John Allen "Nookie" Savoy passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015, at the age of 79.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on September 8, 2015, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in
Eunice at 3:30 p.m. Fr. Travis Abadie will officiate. Entombment will follow at St. Paul Mausoleum
in Eunice.
John is survived by his wife Jane Y. Savoy of Eunice; one daughter, Lynn Manuel of Eunice; two
sisters, Beverly Menou of Lake Charles and Alverta "Chick" Fontenot of Eunice; two grandchildren;
and one great-grandchild.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Savoy and Mary Francois Savoy.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, from 12:00 p.m.
to 3:00 p.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home.
