History professor
NEW ORLEANS – Services for history professor Dr. Sudipta “Dipti” Das will be Friday. She died Feb. 18.
She was a full professor of history at Tulane, UNO and Southern New Orleans. She was chair of the Department of Arts and Humanities in the College of Arts and Sciences at Southern New Orleans.
Survivors include two daughters.
Arrangements are by Lake Lawn.
