DERIDDER – Services for retired Boy Scout executive Paul Dutcher will be Sunday. He died March 13 at age 97.
He was a Scout executive for more than 25 years, including posts in Alexandria, Mississippi, Arkansas and Ohio before locating here.
Survivors include a son and two daughters.
