Hollie Nicole Venezia

Hollie Nicole Venezia, 34, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016.
She is survived by her fiancé, Kodie Courville of Eunice; her mother, Terri Lana Alexander
of Eunice; two sons, Colby Fontenot and Drew Foret of Eunice; a daughter, Brelynn Fontenot
of Eunice; two brothers, Rusty Venezia of Eunice and Ray Robles of Texas; three sisters,
JoRene Alexander, LaShonda Venezia and Amber Brickley all of Eunice.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sean Venezia.
Hollie was a wonderful person that dedicated her life to God, family, and fiancé. Everyone that knew
her would say that she was one of a kind, (Part of a dying breed of people). Friend, foe, or perfect
stranger, she was able to leave a lasting impression with a simple smile or hug at any gathering. She
was unable to leave a parking lot if she saw a homeless person. She would bring them a drink and
some food, she was truly fascinating and part of a fading society. Recently, beginning a new venture
in life, she was successfully strengthening her spirituality, planning on furthering her education and
wanting to actively get involved in some sort of charitable organization directly associated with helping
children. Due to past experiences, we found a mutual interest in cancer research and decided on St.
Jude's Children's Hospital. Hollie was the most caring and soft-hearted person that I have ever met.
From the time that we spent together, we became one, thought as one, and even moved as one. We
were molded into the people that we are today which I believe is a compilation of all the greatness in
both of us. She was so passionate, especially when it came to our children; she and I would put so much
thought into the smallest detailed decisions if it were to affect their lives in any way. As strong as a rock
and there for anyone to lean on, this woman was the best thing that had ever happened to me. So for all
of these traits, ideas, and decisions that she blessed me with, I will continue knowing that she will always
be here in heart for all of eternity. For those of you, who knew her, know that she will there with you also.
I love you Hollie Nicole with all my heart, mind, body, and soul. A part of us will be together forever.
Love You,
Kodie
