Baltakis appointment up in the air

A Eunice representative on the St. Landry Parish Economic Development District board of directors faces a second vote on his appointment by the Parish Council.

District gets upbeat audit report

An audit of the St. Landry Parish Economic Development District found “everything is in order,” accountant Steven Moosa said.
Moosa delivered the audit report by Darnall, Sikes, Gardes and Frederick at the district’s board meeting Tuesday.

Parish economic development district gets high marks

The St. Landry Parish Economic Development District received high marks in a recent assessment by One Acadiana.
Rebecca Shirley, business development director for One Acadiana, delivered the “score card” at the district’s board meeting in Opelousas Tuesday.
