Man allegedly kills sister, burns house they shared

A man is accused of shooting his sister to death, then burning her home to cover his alleged crime.
Chris McCauley, 45, allegedly shot Carmen McCauley, 50, multiple times about 3 a.m. Monday and then burned the house they shared.
An agent of the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force found the suspect about 9 a.m., walking near Youree Drive in Shreveport.
McCauley is charged with second-degree murder and aggravated arson. No bond has been set.
