Mega Raffle bonus winners told, final drawing nearing

The Acadiana Mega Raffle announces a total of 10 winners for 10 prizes, selected Friday, Aug. 15.
Jean-luc Ahlers of Breaux Bridge won the second of four vehicles to be awarded in the Acadiana Mega Raffle. Ahlers will select the vehicle of his choice from 12 different makes and models including a Dodge Charger, Buick Enclave and a Chevrolet Silverado.
Ronald R. Rees of Port Orange, Fla. won a three-night stay for two people at Pinehurst Resort Carolina Hotel, which includes round-trip airfare, one round of golf per person per day, complimentary breakfast buffet and dinner and a rental car
Other top prizes in the Bonus Drawing included jewelry from Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry. Blair Christ of Lafayette won a pair of 1-carat diamond stud earrings, and Kenneth Jackson of Lafayette won a stainless steel Baume & Mercier ladies Hampton watch.
Other winners of the Bonus Drawing were Joan Navarre of Lafayette, who won a 13” MacBook Pro, and Monique Eller of Lafayette, who won an LG 60” TV. Jennifer Gossen of Rayne and Angelia Bellard of Church Point each won a Cuisinart Fully Automatic Burr Grind & Brew Coffeemaker; and Frank Domino Jr. and Alison Brumley, both of Lafayette, each won a Blue Rhino Outdoor Electric Heater.
Tickets are still available for the Grand prize drawing on Friday, Sept. 12, but must be purchased by midnight Wednesday, Sept. 10 in order to be eligible. Tickets are $100 and are in electronic form.
