The following are arrests by Eunice Police.
Sept. 21
Karnella M. Henry, 35, 100 block of Thibodeaux Lawtell. Simple assault on a school teacher, disturbing the peace, improper supervision of a minor.
Derrick Wayne Lafleur, 37, Swan Lane Road, Eunice. Probation warrant.

The residents and staff of Eunice Manor invite the public to its first Halloween Bash from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31.
Treats will be available including hot chocolate and fresh-baked cookies.

St. Thomas More Church Fall Festival starts Friday

Obituaries

Irice Ann Darbonne Lavergne passed away on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the age of 73.
Burial will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.
