Sentencing of former St. Landry Parish School Board member Quincy Richard, who sought a bribe for his vote in the board superintendent selection, has been re-set for Tuesday. It was originally scheduled for Feb. 7.
Warming into the upper 30s this afternoon will allow ice to thaw on many streets and roads, but officials caution it will take longer than many drivers expect in some areas.
