Glendale Elementary announces its perfect attendance for sixth six weeks.

The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at 6 p.m. will present a performance by The grand statesman of Cajun music, Ellis Vanicor & the Lacassiene Playboys.
Tickets are $5 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased at the door beginning at 4 p.m.
Fourth of July celebrations, “Happy Birthday America,” were held at Eunice Public Library Wednesday with a StoryTime hour reading, door prizes, songs, outdoor Pledge to the American flag, a snack of frozen pops and chaulk art. Top photo is guest reader Claire Reed, a sixth-grader from Eunice.
