Earth Mama, Joyce Rouse of Independence, Va., made special appearances at St. Edmund School last week, entertaining elementary and high school students through songs of messages about keeping our earth and environment clean.

The residence of Sharon Leonards at 111 S. Tanglewood was selected by volunteer member Coopey McDaniel of the Eunice Bulb & Blossom Garden Club as Residential Yard of the Week. Pictured next to the marker are Leonards and her daughter Casey Leonards.
