The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at 6 p.m. will present a performance by the Future Cajun Music all-stars, with Bridget D’Lane Roberts, Seth Spell, Zack Fusilier, Kegan Navarre, Bubba Hebert and Dovonan Bourque.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8971 and Ladies Auxiliary honored its Americanism Essay winners Wednesday evening with cash prizes and trophies for their written essays and drawings. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8971 and Ladies Auxiliary each year host and sponsor an Americanism essay contest for Eunice students.
Students from all Eunice elementary, junior high and high schools enter and participate in the contest.
