Lacey St. Andre’ Bertrand, a Eunice native, is the branch coordinator at the Eunice Public Library.
Bertrand officially began her post at the library in January, and said, “I’m excited with taking on this responsibility and helping to assist our library’s patrons.”
Eunice High School’s senior Paige LeDay held a raffle for her senior community service project. The project was focused on Breast Cancer Awareness in October and she had a booth at the Eunice High Pink Out Football game.
The Acadian Baptist Center near Richard served as host to more than 90 women at its annual Women’s Conference held March 18-19. Above, Kathy Nelson, author, speaker, and Bible teacher at Speak It Ministries, women learned what the Bible says about forgiveness and speaking truth.
