Eunice High School seniors Devin Fontenot, Hunter Fontenot, Trey Fontenot, Tim Fournerat and Jesse Leger held a gumbo cookoff for their senior project on Jan. 23 at the Northwest Center pavilion. All donations collected went to the Delta Waterfowl Organization.

This week’s Student of the Week is Bryson Jude Fontenot, a sixth grader at Central Middle School. His parents are Ryan Young and Kayla Fontenot.
The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at 6 p.m. will present performances by Ivy Dugas, Jackie Callier and Cajun Cousins.
