Downtown Trick-or-treating goes off without a witch [PHOTOS]

Captain America, Dracula, Snow White and even Death made an appearance in downtown Eunice for the city’s trick-or-treat festivities on Halloween. Despite the inclement weather, little goblins and ghosts turned out in droves (complete with umbrellas and rubber boots) for the South 2nd Street merchant’s trick-or-treating for this Halloween. The light raining ceased at about 6:30 p.m. while crowds of parents taking their kids trick-or-treating were still reported by shortly after 7 p.m.
