Eunice Police respond to recent shoplifters incident

On Nov. 23 at 9:49 p.m. Eunice police officers responded to Walmart in reference to three individuals being detained for shoplifting. Upon arrival officers learned from witnesses that two female individuals were concealing items inside their purses while the male participated. Items stolen items recovered from these individuals included sheet sets, shoes, jeans, and children’s clothing. The total value of the items taken was just over $100. These three individuals had a seven-year old child with them while shoplifting which resulted in a contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile charge.
All three were placed under arrest and transported to Eunice PD and booked.
